Overall Purpose: Ensures that documentations for all power and non-power maintenance activities are accomplished on time, properly and in orderly manner. Duties and Responsibilities: Facilitates the implementation of the Permit to Work (PTW) for all maintenance activities: Ensures that Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) for all Work Orders (WO) and its corresponding mitigating actions are identified prior to the approval of the PTW and the conduct of any maintenance activity. Ensures that PTW and other critical work clearances are complied with prior to endorsement to the Permit Issuer and Approver. Monitors the status of the PTW and pertinent clearances, renew if necessary. Updates Corrective/Preventive Maintenance Work Order (CMWO/PMWO) status through the Computerizes Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and upkeeps other relevant maintenance documents and reports in either hard or electronic copies. Assists in the short-term planning and scheduling for issued CMWOs and PMWOs Acts as the Maintenance Integrated Management System (IMS) document custodian by ensuring that relevant Maintenance procedures, guidelines, work instructions and HIRAC are within point of use and that quality records are readily available and updated. Actively participates in the implementation of the Company’s Quality, Environment, Safety and Health programs. Performs other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Responsibilities
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all power and non-power maintenance documentation is completed accurately and on time. They facilitate the Permit to Work process, manage maintenance work orders, and maintain the integrity of the Maintenance Integrated Management System.
