REQUIREMENTS

• Successful track record as a maintenance engineer
• Electrical qualification
• Specific experience of working in Machinery Maintenance in a heavy industry background with a strong electrical bias
• A background in fault finding/ rectification & competent mechanically, with experience of hydraulics & Conveyoring systems.
• Team focused.

• Routine maintenance of equipment
• Fault prevention
• Fault finding and repair of equipment and services.
• Installations
• Assist in the development of processes and making recommendations on improvements and care
• Analyse equipment failures and suggest cost effective improvements.
• Support the development and implementation of PPM schedules and operating procedures.
• Work with the operators on procedures and train the operators to carry out basic maintenance on the machines.
• Offering a high level of support and service on the night shift
