Description:
Job Title: Maintenance Engineer | Location: Glasgow
As our next Maintenance Engineer , you’ll be leading the team in conducting planned and reactive maintenance on the production machinery. Your remit will be to carry out essential machine maintenance to ensure the smooth running of the factory and limit downtime.
To excel in this role, you’ll need to be tenacious and resilient. Working with a team of skilled technicians, you’ll be responsible for conducting planned and reactive maintenance on the production machinery, as well as electrical and mechanical fault-find and repair on factory equipment using PLCs.
You’re not the type to be work shy. The role isn’t just waiting for things to happen. In this role you will solve complex problems, working less than half the year.
As a Maintenance Engineer , you are tenacious and resilient, and you would thrive on working on a variety of equipment and have the opportunity to get involved in new projects. Your remit would be to carry out essential machine maintenance to ensure the smooth running of the factory and limit downtime.
THE KEY REQUIREMENTS…
- Minimum HNC electrical qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience working in electrical maintenance
