Description

1. Responsible for mechanical maintenance of various production equipment; 2. Be responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of all equipment within the jurisdiction; cooperate in completing relevant auditing tasks. 3. Be responsible for the spare parts and cost budget execution or outsourcing requirements needed for the daily maintenance or repair of equipment within the jurisdiction, and reduce maintenance costs. 4. Develop plans for adjusting, modifying, rectifying, and improving equipment and facilities, and analyze and calculate the costs of rectification. 5. Analyze and summarize the causes of equipment failures, and implement improvement plans. 6. Responsible for the on-site management of public facilities (such as air compressors, dryers, etc.) and energy sources (water, electricity, gas, nitrogen, ammonia, etc.), as well as budget preparation and regular calibration. 7. Responsible for the daily management of special equipment, implementation and improvement of maintenance AI, coordination with maintenance team members for deployment, scheduling, and work plan management. 8. Assist in the establishment, promotion, and implementation of a maintenance management system. 9. Other matters arranged by superiors.
