Your new role About the role: You will work as part of a flexible team with continuing responsibility for the provision of a comprehensive, high quality property maintenance service to all relevant facilities. You will have a designated core skill (Joiner / Joinery) and will be expected to lead in this area but will also be expected to undertake any property maintenance work within your range of competence. Service and repair of doors, windows, and general building fabric. Service and repair of plumbing systems. Small plaster repairs and painting. Service and repair of internal fixtures and fittings. PPM across relevant sites Reactive service calls across relevant sites. What you'll need: Qualified Joiner with experience in installation and maintenance work. Health & Safety awareness Fire Door Training would be an advantage Excellent Customer Care Ability to work on own initiative, work safely at all times and work within a team. Valid UK driving license The successful candidate will require a Enhanced DBS Check before starting in the job.
