JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client, a leading Waste & Recycling company are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer/Technician to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across all areas of the plant. You will ensure that plant installations and modifications adhere to the latest standards and regulatory requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in a Engineering position.
• NVQ in Engineering desired
• Welding / Fabrication / Basic electrical fault-finding skills desired.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on plant equipment such as; conveyors, balers, compactors, sorters, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics etc.
• Perform basic electrical fault finding.
• Ensure that plant installations and modifications comply with the latest industry standards and regulatory requirements.
