Who are we looking for? We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer with strong technical expertise and a strategic mindset to join our Retail Network Maintenance team. If you are passionate about ensuring optimal asset availability, driving efficiency, and working in an international environment, this role is for you! We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for overseeing service stations in the Central Slovakia region. What will you do? Participate in the execution of the Retail Network Maintenance Strategy on a regional level. Coordinate OPEX and CAPEX maintenance activities for retail outlets within your assigned area. Manage asset-related activities, including planning, budgeting, and monitoring maintenance costs. Prepare requests for offers, review cost estimates, and oversee supplier contracts. Monitor supplier performance, ensuring quality and timely delivery of works. Conduct technical inspections, site visits, and certify documentation in line with internal regulations. Track failure tickets and initiate maintenance actions to optimize asset functionality and costs. Collaborate with departments such as Security and HSE during budgeting and execution phases What do we expect? University degree (min. BSc) in Engineering. Minimum 5 years in a similar role. Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Customer-focused approach and ability to drive change. English (minimum intermediate level). MS Office, SAP is an advantage. Driving license cat. B; willingness to travel within the region. What do we offer?
