Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE

You’ll play a key part in supporting production workflow and ensuring the smooth running of machinery across the site. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment, as well as carrying out general facility maintenance when required—all while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Install, maintain and repair machinery and equipment
  • Deliver preventative maintenance on production and facility systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machine faults independently
  • Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment
  • Refine and improve existing maintenance processes and procedures
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all maintenance and repair work
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Uphold excellent standards of housekeeping across the site
  • Drive a strong culture of safety, reporting incidents and promoting best practice in line with Health & Safety legislation
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating professionalism and supporting colleagues
