Job Description Working in our glass manufacturing plant as part of a team or under your own initiative you will be responsible for planned maintenance inspections on mechanical equipment working in a fast paced manufacturing environment. If you have experience in a manufacturing environment it would be beneficial but not essential. You will have a logical approach to problem solving and good communication skills. You will be able to think on your feet and have a can do attitude. You will be a time served Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (Modern Apprenticeship/City & Guilds or similar), we may also consider motor vehicle qualifications. The primary function of this role is setting up production lines and inspection equipment, ensuring that we are within specified time frames and getting it right first time. Training will be provided.
