This company manufactures critical broaching tools used in the production of jet engine turbines (including Rolls Royce), nuclear submarines, and a wide array of high-tech industries. They are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their team, ensuring our specialist production equipment operates at peak performance. With plenty of overtime and a monthly bonus, you could earn £50,000+ per year.
You’ll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, diagnosing and repairing faults on CNC machines, grinders, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems. When breakdowns occur, you’ll respond rapidly to minimise production downtime. Your duties will also include assisting with the installation and commissioning of new machinery, maintaining detailed records of maintenance work and safety checks, while always working to strict health & safety standards.
