Participate in preventive maintenance programs, assist with vendors and contractors. Maintains a clean, safe, and well-functioning facility for guests and team members. Strictly maintain the highest level of professionalism and decorum. Specific Job Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk/stand a total of 8 hours per day. Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs. Must be able to carry 35–50 lbs. up to 200 ft. Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, climb, reach above shoulder level, kneel, grasp, push, and pull.
