Our client is a very established and expanding heavy industry manufacturing company and Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of Maintenance Engineer (Multi-skilled).
The successful applicant will join the busy maintenance team to perform electrical & mechanical maintenance activities at a busy heavy industry manufacturing plant

Reporting to the engineering manger the maintenance Engineer will be required to undertake planned and reactive electrical maintenance activities on a wide range of plant, machinery and site facilities.

You duties will include but is not limited to the following;

• Mechanical & electrical maintenance / repair of a wide range of machinery including conveyors, crushers, screens, furnaces, cooling plant and much more
• Maintenance and repair of hydraulic & pneumatic machinery
• Electrical fault find and repair motors, inverters, contactors, sensors, relays etc etc
• Site facilities electrical maintenance
