The Role: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Hellaby, Rotherham (onsite)
Employment: Permanent, full time. Shift work to include nights and weekends

REQUIREMENTS

· A Practical Engineering Qualification to NVQ Level 3 Standard.
· Strong on the job experience

WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are actively seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join our site in Hellaby to ensure peak performance and safety with expert mechanical repairs, fault-finding, and maintenance on high-volume production machinery.
This is an onsite role where you will work on a 6-day rota shift pattern.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prioritize safety and uphold high standards.
• Perform mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance on production machinery.
• Conduct fault finding on various machinery types.
• Handle basic electrical fault finding.
• Install and maintain plant equipment.
• Engage in fabrication, sheet metal work, welding, and brazing.
• Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems using schematics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement processes.
• Maintain equipment to company standards.
• Use precision tools and instruments effectively.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Read and interpret detailed machine drawings.
