Minimum Requirements

• Applicants should have an interest in mechanical and HVAC systems and theory - experience is a plus, but not required.
• The ideal candidate will have a dedicated work ethic and upbeat attitude to fit in well with our team.

• Prepare for guest and owner arrivals, responding promptly to requests and ensuring satisfaction.
• Perform property and pool maintenance, upholding the highest standards of care.
• Conduct light carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance repairs.
• Maintain and repair A/V systems, IT equipment, and mechanical operations.
• Complete painting, staining, and upkeep tasks to keep the property looking like new.
  Location: The Solaris Residences, Managed by East West Hospitality - Vail, CO
  Start Date: ASAP
  Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
  Pay Rate: $26/hour; $1,000 Sign on Bonus (half paid after 60 days and second half after 120 days)
  Schedule: Four ten-hour shifts per week
