At The July, we are on the hunt for a hands-on Maintenance Engineer for our newest addition: a premium aparthotel in the heart of London, Victoria. The location is a sustainable city oasis with 114 studios and two residential apartments. The property will also be home to our restaurant The Idler also a bar, and deli, serving both neighbors and guests, ensuring our spaces stay lively and vibrant all day and night.

THE JOB

We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to help maintain and support the smooth operation of our brand-new property. You’ll work closely with the Maintenance Manager and the rest of the team to make sure everything’s running perfectly — creating an exceptional experience for our guests.
Your mission? In a newly opened building, you’ll play a key role in fine-tuning all systems, identifying and troubleshooting early-stage issues, and supporting the setup of a solid maintenance routine. From HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to fire safety and energy efficiency, you’ll help keep everything in top shape and support external contractors when needed.
