Location(s): Indonesia City/Cities: Depok Travel Required: 00% - 25% Relocation Provided: No Job Posting End Date: March 16, 2026 Shift: Job Description Summary: Position Summary The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for developing, revising, and continuously improving the maintenance strategy according to Reliability Centered Maintenance principles to ensure optimal equipment reliability, safety, and cost efficiency. This role owns maintenance planning and scheduling processes and serves as the Subject Matter Expert for SAP PM and is responsible for advancing overall maintenance capabilities. Key Responsibilities 1. Maintenance Strategy Ownership Develop and align RCM based strategy/plan aligning with operational, safety, and business objectives. Define and divide AM and RCM tasks between Production and Maintenance. Optimize maintenance strategy based on periodic evaluation of equipment reliability and maintenance cost. Lead failure investigations and structured Root Cause and Failure Analysis (RCFA). Perform reliability analysis (MTBF, MTTR, , failure rate and Weibull analysis). Define spare parts strategy and critical spare part management. Perform cost analysis related to maintenance and reliability performance and develop long-term reliability improvement roadmap 2. Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Ensure SAP PM master data, task lists, and BOMs are structured correctly. Create weekly and monthly maintenance schedule in coordination with Operations (Finite Scheduler). Prioritize Work Orders based on criticality and business impact. Optimize planning cycle efficiency. 3. Performance Improvement & Productivity Initiative Track and analyze Maintenance Team KPIs such as equipment downtime, schedule compliance, and maintenance cost. Identify improvement opportunities to increase equipment reliability and lead productivity initiatives (concept and PMO governance in collaboration with OE). Lead maintenance related Productivity Improvement project. 4. Tools & Capability Leadership Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for maintenance tools and systems. Deliver maintenance-related training (methodology, planning, SAP PM). Act as consultant to Maintenance Team Lead and Technicians. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 3–7 years of maintenance planning/reliability experience Strong knowledge and experience of SAP PM Analytical and structured problem-solving skills Supervisory or team leadership experience CMRP certification is preferred Key Competencies Strategic thinking Data analysis & interpretation Planning and prioritization System & process improvement Cross-functional collaboration English proficiency at B2 level or higher; IELTS (or equivalent certification) required Skills: Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Equipment Reliability, FMECA, Maintenance Management, Planned Maintenance, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Our Purpose and Growth Culture: We are taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
