MAINTENANCE ENGINEER JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: Perform all general maintenance and repair functions within approved guidelines and as directed. MAINTENANCE ENGINEER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: • Responsible for all general maintenance and repair of minor problems throughout the complex as directed by immediate supervisor. • Ensure adherence to all OSHA regulations and codes, NFPA Standards and internal safety policies and procedures. • Operates company vehicles as required. • Conduct preventive maintenance on all equipment as assigned. • Supports other Maintenance Engineers as needed and assigned. • Responsible for use and care of tools and equipment. • All other duties as assigned to the maintenance engineer. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or GED required. Minimum of two years’ experience in general maintenance and must be able to read blueprints and supporting documentation.
