Maintenance Engineering Manager

  One of the UK’s largest and most successful facilities Management (FM) providers are looking to develop the engineering resource aligned against their client’s new build Production facility in Bolton by recruiting a Technical Services Manager to lead engineering delivery with M&E, fabric and small projects.
  The site is two major production type facilities home to complex and critical production. The focus will be on ensuring production continues, and the client incurs no expense for shut downs.
  The maintenance work is delivered by 4 engineers, two electrical, one mechanical and one fabric, with support by contractors for specialist works.
  This role will manage this team and report into the general manager.
  This is a complex and stimulating site with the min client being based out of there, so we need a confident Technical Manager, able to work effectively with a customer.
