Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Maintenance, Engineering & Site Services Manager to lead our electrical and technical site operations.
As a key member of the Site Operating Team, reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of our electrical infrastructure and broader site services.

Responsibilities
  • Electrical Engineering Leadership: Take ownership of the site’s electrical systems, ensuring they meet safety, compliance, and operational excellence standards. Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts related to electrical systems.

  • Maintenance Excellence: Drive optimization of electrical and mechanical maintenance programs to ensure maximum availability of critical production assets.

  • Contractor Oversight: Manage and supervise external engineering contractors to guarantee quality, safety, and cost-effective delivery of technical work.
  • Change Management: Lead the Management of Change (MoC) process for modifications involving electrical installations and site-wide utilities.
  • Utilities & Infrastructure: Oversee power supply, backup systems, and energy efficiency initiatives. Support technical procurement and facility management with a focus on electrical systems and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the electrical technical authority, working closely with production, safety, and IT teams to ensure integrated and reliable operations.
