Maintenance Excellence Deployment Manager

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develop and execute forward-thinking asset care strategies that align with business goals and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with regional teams and global stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of asset care initiatives across multiple locations.
• Define and track KPIs to measure the success of maintenance programs and identify areas for optimization.
• Identify and integrate emerging technologies to enhance maintenance processes, including predictive analytics and automation.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and driving process optimization across the asset care network.
• Proactively identify risks to asset reliability and implement strategic maintenance solutions to mitigate them.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Proven experience in developing and deploying global maintenance strategies within complex manufacturing environments.
• Expertise in autonomous, preventive, and predictive maintenance practices.
• A track record of successfully leading large-scale change initiatives across diverse teams and geographies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills to inspire cross-functional collaboration.
• The ability to drive technological innovation and process automation to deliver measurable improvements.
• Fluency in English is essential
