Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of maintenance technicians to drive high performance, accountability, and technical excellence.
  • Plan, implement, and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and reduce unplanned breakdowns.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities—including work orders, equipment history, and spare parts inventory—using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and leverage data to enhance maintenance strategies.

Conduct regular inspections of all facility systems—including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural—to proactively identify issues and ensure efficient, safe operation.

  • Support the installation, setup, and commissioning of new machinery and systems, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure smooth integration.
  • Assign, coordinate, and follow up on both routine and non-routine equipment maintenance tasks, such as equipment lubrication, conveyor tuning, motor repairs, and production machinery upkeep.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve facility equipment issues, including HVAC, refrigeration, electrical faults, and other critical systems, often under time-sensitive conditions.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance services and repairs, ensuring quality and timely execution.

Enforce and maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations by conducting audits, promoting best practices, and addressing hazards proactively.
