We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Field Technician to support property maintenance across our residential and commercial portfolio. What You’ll Do General Property Maintenance Perform repairs and routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance systems. Complete assigned work orders efficiently and document work performed. Inspect buildings, units, and common areas to identify maintenance issues. Turnover & Unit Prep Prepare rental units for new residents, including cleaning, patching, painting, and installing fixtures. Ensure turnover standards are met within deadlines. Communicate with team leads or supervisors about supply needs or project updates. Emergency & On-Call Support Respond to emergency maintenance requests, including occasional after-hours calls. Troubleshoot urgent issues such as leaks, power outages, or safety hazards. Follow protocols to prioritize and resolve problems quickly and safely. Equipment Use & Care Use tools and materials safely and appropriately. Maintain tools, supplies, and vehicles in clean, organized working condition. Report damaged tools or unsafe conditions to supervisors. Collaboration & Communication Coordinate with other maintenance staff, property managers, and residents. Provide timely updates on work status and escalate issues when needed. Uphold a professional demeanor and deliver excellent customer service to all stakeholders. Requirements What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license. Hands-on experience in general maintenance or construction trades. Ability to troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, and structural issues. Strong time management and communication skills. Customer-focused and self-motivated. Ability to adapt to changing priorities, weather conditions, and multiple job sites.
