Location Mehsana SMT Tube PU, India Department Responsibility To carry out breakdown maintenance to achieve targets To carry out preventive & predictive maintenance activity. To attend breakdown of all machines as per requirement. To maintain discipline as per rules & regulation of the organization. To produce quality work as per job requirement. Fill up the PM report with all the relevant information. Better Communication between the shifts. Follow the OHSAS statutory work instruction for health & safety aspect which includes safe material handling, safe machine operating, use of PPE, Follow the EHS statutory work instruction for the protection of environment which covers saving of natural resources, prevention of land, air & water contamination, reduction of waste generation in all the operation. Communicate with your shift engineer for any query/problem pertaining to maintenance, safety, environment, etc. To maintain 5S & proper cleaning of machine & surrounding area after work. To carry out proper daily shift wise job description in Logbook. To follow instructions of your superiors. To attend white board meeting for implementation of TPM system EHS Responsibility To close near misses and hazards Support to minimize the safety risk entire plant. Accountability: Passionate to reduce the machine breakdown, as a result machine uptime enhances REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Good Maintenance knowledge of all plant Equipments. Spare Parts and Assembly knowledge, Drawing reading for machines. EXPERIENCE: 5 to7 Years in Machine Maintenance EDUCATION: ITI Fitter Advancing industries through materials technology.
