Our Price Operations in South Australia are currently seeking a Maintenance Fitter to join our dynamic Maintenance team. Price is situated on St. Vincent's Gulf approximately 140 kilometers Northwest of Adelaide. Reporting to the Maintenance coordinator your duties will include: • Maintain, service & modify plant as requested by the Maintenance Team Leader • Fault finding and problem solving • Reporting items of plant maintenance related work • Perform Fitting & Turning, Mechanical, Basic Welding work within skills and competencies • Requisition supplies required to perform the above • Estimate work as requested by the Maintenance Coordinator • When available attend call backs as required • Participate in paid weekend Stand-by Roster • Work toward breakdown prevention and general improvements. • Work on capital projects as required About You To be considered for the role you must have the following: • Relevant trade qualifications • A quick learner, willing to listen and learn from experience of others. • A team player, trustworthy and has good work ethic • Strong ongoing commitment to workplace health & safety. • Current Drivers & Forklift Licenses • Confined Space, Working at Heights, EWP & Dogging tickets would be advantageous. • Good verbal and written communication skills • Physically fit and willing to undertake pre-employment medical testing including Drug and Alcohol testing. • Current First Aid Certificate • Be physically fit and willing to undertake pre-employment medical testing including Drug and Alcohol testing How to apply If this is you please click “Apply now” and provide both your resume and cover letter.
