Within this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance and day to day running of all fixed plant machinery to best practice standards to ensure production is maintained at the highest possible level.

MAIN DUTIES

• Immediately respond to and assist in the correction of plant breakdowns
• Provide technical support to Supervisors in plant operation
• Assisting in the operation of the Site to ensure plant availability and production is maintained at the highest possible level
• Committed to achieving plant availability and production targets
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality requirements
• Comply with all Company policies, procedures, and initiatives relevant to job
• Provide technical support to site personnel.

• Support training and performance-management initiatives
