Description

The Fleet Manager role is responsible for maintaining the company’s fleet of vehicles and facilities for their location/region. The Fleet Manager collaborates with other members of the Fleet Services team, Field Leadership, and Operations to ensure the maintenance of vehicles and facilities meet business needs and budgetary guidelines.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience with large equipment maintenance
  • 3+ years of management experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of fleet management and operations.
  • Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify and solve issues.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to conducts self in an appropriate manner as a representative of SEC, working effectively in a diverse work environment.
    The position will require some travel.
