Accredited by The Joint Commission, Hudson Behavioral Health is a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization providing Behavioral Health Treatment in Salisbury, Maryland. Since its inception in 1980, Hudson Behavioral Health has been providing cutting edge treatment for Substance Use and other co-occurring disorders. Our services include Detoxification, Inpatient Rehabilitation, Partial Hospitalization, Treatment, 3.1 Housing and Outpatient Mental Health. Responsibilities: Help provide a stable, safe, clean and reasonably aesthetically pleasing environment, in and around the corporation and all of its facilities and houses, that promotes learning, wellness and recovery. This may include all of or any of the following: Perform minor repairs on plumbing and electrical. Perform regular inspections and verify functionality of safety systems to ensure JCAHO compliance to include fire alarms, fire extinguishers, electrical cords, etc. Practice preventative maintenance at all facilities and provide backup and schedules to indicate this practice. This includes replacing air filters, light bulbs, blinds, mattresses, etc. Move and assemble furniture, install equipment and appliances. Maintain and upkeep of lawn and facility grounds. May include lawn mowing, trimming, mulching, edging, collecting, and disposing of trash, etc. Ensure that pest control is maintained and arranged throughout the facility. Disinfect and clean throughout facilities to ensure a safe environment and infection control. Paint and drywall repair on walls. Paint doors, and/or exterior of buildings requiring climbing of ladders. Purchase and pick up supplies and parts. Assist in projects, such as additions or renovations.
