Qualifications Responsibilities Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc. Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues Install appliances and equipment Do garden/yard upkeep, collecting trash etc. Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation) Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm) Collaborate with Administrator and other professionals during renovations Report to Administrator for issues Weekly transportation Skills 1-2 Years of experience working in maintenance capacity for commercial/residential buildings. Thorough knowledge of building materials and tools as well as their use in maintenance and repair. Working knowledge of building structures and systems (i.e.: steam and hot water boilers, electrical systems, air conditioning equipment, etc.). Responsibilities
The Maintenance position involves performing minor repairs, checking control panels, and conducting maintenance tasks. The role also includes collaborating with the Administrator during renovations and reporting issues.
