Job Summary: We are seeking reliable, hardworking maintenance staff to support daily operations at our beautiful 120-acre summer camp. This role is essential to ensuring campers and staff enjoy a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment throughout the summer. The maintenance staff member will work on-site and perform a variety of outdoor and indoor maintenance tasks, including but not limited to daily upkeep, small repairs, and facility support. This role requires comfort working outdoors in all summer weather conditions, the ability to lift and transport materials, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Job Responsibilities:  1. Daily trash collection across camp including dining areas, program areas, offices and common spaces  2. Water delivery to activity areas, field locations, and refill stations  3. General facilities upkeep, including sweeping, clearing debris, and organizing equipment t4. Basic repairs and maintenance using hand tools (e.g., hammer, screwdriver, wrench, pliers) 5. Assist with painting projects, including surface prep and cleanup  6. Set-up and breakdown for camp events and activities (moving tables, benches, equipment, etc.) 7. Grounds maintenance, including raking, leaf blowing, minor landscaping, and trail upkeep  8. Support with camp vehicle tasks such as loading/unloading supplies (no driving required unless designated) 9. Inventory assistance, including monitoring and restocking maintenance supplies 10. Respond to odds-and-ends requests from camp leadership throughout the day  11.
