Thorburn Landscapes are looking for an enthusiastic Gardener/Horticulturalist to join our Garden Maintenance / Soft Landscaping team as a team leader.

  • Must have a driving licence.
  • 3 years experience in a similar gardening role is required.
  • Good plant knowledge is needed.
  • Using a smartphone to complete client forms.
  • Coordinating with the manager regarding client needs and requirements.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about horticulture.

  • Lead a team in landscape maintenance and soft landscaping gardening tasks, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to horticultural standards.
  • Utilise hand and power tools for various gardening activities, including planting, pruning, and irrigation setup.
  • Drive to different job sites, transporting necessary equipment and materials.
  • Monitor plant health and growth, implementing appropriate care techniques.
  • Collaborate with team members to plan and execute landscaping projects efficiently.
    We are based in Wimbledon SW19 and serve South West London and surrounding areas.
