Role Description This is a full-time Maintenance Technician role based in Augusta, ME. The Maintenance Worker will handle daily tasks, including equipment maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, and general repairs. Responsibilities include using power tools, handling carpentry and plumbing tasks, and ensuring the overall upkeep and functionality of all company properties. The role requires consistent attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and effective collaboration with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure the functionality and safety of facility systems. Experience with the use of lawn equipment, snow removal, and the ability to perform Carpentry tasks for various repair and construction projects. A strong understanding of workplace safety protocols and the ability to work responsibly with a variety of tools and equipment. Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; certifications in maintenance or related fields are a plus. Previous experience in a similar maintenance role is desirable but not required; on-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate.
