    We are now looking for Maintenance Handyman to join the team!
Responsibilities
  • To use your general maintenance knowledge to carry out tasks such as painting, plumbing and other tasks.
  • To work independently and efficiently.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and be organized in your work methods.
  • To carry out all duties in line with departmental Standards Manual.
  • To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all standards of performance and delivery within the Facilities department.
  • Provide a channel for communication within the hotel to effectively deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • To carry out cleaning as required.
  • To liaise with other departments to ensure that all guest requests are attended to efficiently.
  • Preventative maintenance tasks to try to minimize unexpected issues with equipment.
  • Responding to alerts and operation messages - carrying out corrective procedures and repairs in line with SOPs and maintenance protocols.
