Are you a hands-on, practical problem-solver with a love for the outdoors and animals? The Swan Valley Cuddly Animal Farm is looking for a Maintenance Handyman to join our team!

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our Maintenance Handyman, you’ll be responsible for keeping the farm in top shape, ensuring our facilities, enclosures, and equipment are safe and well-maintained. This is a varied role where no two days are the same—you’ll be fixing fences, repairing equipment, maintaining buildings, and assisting with general farm upkeep.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• General repairs and maintenance of buildings, fences, and enclosures
• Basic carpentry, plumbing, and welding as needed
• Ensuring enclosures and play areas are safe and secure
• Maintaining tools and equipment
• Assisting with landscaping, irrigation, and general farm upkeep
• Troubleshooting and fixing issues as they arise
