MAINTENANCE HELP DESK COORDINATOR - ABU DHABI.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Help Desk Coordinator with 2+ years of relevant experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day help desk operations and customer queries.
  • Manage and respond to email correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Track and follow up on all approvals and ensure all tasks are completed as per schedule.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed quotations.
  • Generate and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly technical reports.
  • Maintain clear, helpful, and client focused communication at all times.
  • Follow up with clients and collect feedback to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.
  • Support internal teams and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar FM or maintenance role.
  • Strong communication (written & verbal) in English
