Job Details Position Type: Full Time Education Level: 2 Year Degree Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Nights Job Category: Manufacturing POSITION SUMMARY: Benedettini Cabinetry is looking for experienced Maintenance Technician who can perform maintenance service on all types of electronic, electrical, and/or mechanical equipment to maximize safe and productive operations. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary. Perform preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance tasks. Perform equipment installation, de-installation, calibration, modification, repair and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical Production & Facility equipment. Ensure maximum equipment efficiency, effectiveness and reliability. Complete required paperwork, documents parts, and material usage. Comply with all safety policies and procedures. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Qualifications: Required experience, education, and/or certification: Associate's degree, or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or five more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least five-year experience in Repair & Maintenance of CNC, PLC, and/or electro-mechanical equipment and/or building facilities is required. Strong knowledge of using hand and power tools. Preferred: Able to work on Day Shift (7:00AM-4:00PM) or Night Shift (4:00PM–1:00AM), Mon-Fri. Highly desirable - Experience in repair and rebuilding of any of the following: finishing pumps, gearbox, motor, conveyor, light fixtures, edgebanders, cnc routers, boiler, planers, rip saws, compressor, dryer, welding Able to read and understand blue prints or schematic diagrams Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish) is a plus. Clear written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician will perform preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance tasks on various types of equipment. They will also ensure maximum equipment efficiency and comply with safety policies.
