JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, as well as experience in facilities maintenance. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in maintaining equipment, performing repairs, and ensuring a safe and functional environment for all.

SKILLS

  • Proficient in mechanical knowledge and facilities maintenance practices
  • Strong electrical experience with the ability to use tools such as an ohmmeter
  • Excellent understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics
  • Effective leadership skills with experience supervising maintenance personnel
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Experience in welding techniques and practices is a plus
