Are you a hands-on problem solver with a curiosity for how things work? At Moxy Utrecht, we’re looking for a proactive and energetic Maintenance Intern to join our crew. This is your chance to get behind the scenes and learn what keeps a hotel running smoothly — from fixing a flickering light to keeping our vibe just right.
Important: This internship must be part of a school or educational program and meet the requirements set by your institution.
What You’ll Be Doing

As our Maintenance Intern, you’ll learn how to:

• Assist with basic repairs and maintenance in guest rooms, public areas, and behind-the-scenes spaces
• Help monitor and support systems like ventilation, heating, and lighting
• Take part in small painting or touch-up projects to keep the hotel looking fresh
• Read and record utility meters
• Support the team when outside contractors are on-site

You’ll work closely with our experienced Maintenance Engineer, who will guide and mentor you throughout the internship.
What We’re Looking For

We’d love it if you:

• Are enrolled in a school program that requires an internship
• Are excited to learn about hotel maintenance and hospitality
• Like working with your hands and thinking on your feet
• Are dependable, friendly, and open-minded
• Can stay organized and communicate clearly
• Enjoy working both solo and as part of a fun team

If you’ve studied something technical (like electronics, plumbing, or building services), that’s a plus — but not required.
