SUMMARY

As a Maintenance Inventory Clerk at SKOTIDAKIS, you will play a vital role in supporting our maintenance and production teams by ensuring accurate and efficient handling of spare parts and materials. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help maintain smooth operations and support our commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; inventory, warehousing, or retail stock experience is an asset.
  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and task management skills.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 20kg and being on your feet for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with inventory systems and basic computer skills preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM), with occasional evening or weekend overtime.

Responsibilities
  • Perform inventory surveys and cycle counts of parts and materials in various storage locations.
  • Receive, store, and organize mechanical spare parts and materials according to company standards.
  • Prepare accurate inventory records using computer systems and inventory software.
  • Support the Parts Clerk in managing the parts cage and assisting with inventory-related tasks.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
  • Report discrepancies or inventory issues to the Continuous Improvement Coordinator.
  • Assist with other related tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
