SUMMARY

Delta Bingo & Gaming is looking for an outgoing and friendly individual to work in a janitorial and handy person role. We are looking for a team player willing to go the extra mile for both our customers and fellow staff. You will be required to uphold all policies as outlined in the Delta Bingo & Gaming Handbook as well as the Standard Operating Procedures. You must be able to obtain and retain an AGCO Gaming Licence (background check will be done by the AGCO).

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Experience in a cleaning service environment is preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and relay information between the team and office staff.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize a customized cleaning checklist to perform all tasks:
  • Common tasks include:
  • Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, walls, etc.
  • Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilet, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves.
  • Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms and kitchen.
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum
  • Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas
  • Wipe down walls and woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, etc.
  • Identify potential safety or maintenance issues and communicate them to client.
  • Arrive at work at your scheduled time, perform services to established standards.
  • Handle special requests from management, as appropriate.
  • Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks, use of products or supplies and incident reporting.
