We are seeking qualified candidates for a Maintenance Lead position at our plant in Columbus, NE.
This position will be responsible for leading the maintenance department. Primary duties include scheduling preventative maintenance as well as schedule weekly activities for maintenance personnel.

Requirements for this position are as follows:

• Possesses, CMRP certification or (BoK) equivalent
• Experience in 3phs power including motors, starters, VFD’s, and control power
• PLC trouble shooting and basic ladder logic understanding
• Robotic operation
• Mechanical skills in repair and maintenance of gearboxes, sheaves, and bearing
• Knowledge of lubricants, and frequency of service
• Past capital planning is a plus
• Preferred technical degree in industrial mechanical engineering or related field
• Past experience of 5 years in larger scale manufacturing maintenance
