ON-CALL 1 IN 4 WEEKENDS

We are currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Lead to join this experienced team of four, based in a beautiful and historic location near the River Thames in Henley. This is a full-time role reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a wide range of general maintenance tasks across the estate
• Support occasional plumbing, electrical, or other skilled trade work
• Contribute to the upkeep and care of buildings, some of which are listed
• Work closely with team members to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment
• Participate in a 1-in-4 weekend on-call rota
