• Show passion towards internal product knowledge, our local area and continuously develop this knowledge.

• To provide technical support and to train the engineers
• To proactively maintain HVAC, electrical, mechanical and all associated plant and equipment.
• To perform reactive tasks in the hotel.
• Deliver exceptional customer service whilst carrying out duties.
• Carry out preventative checks on hotel equipment.
• Carry out repairs to wall coverings.
• Carry out repairs as required.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed.
• To provide support to the assistant manager
