QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION ARE:

• Demonstrated written and oral English language proficiency
• Relevant Trade Qualification
• Experience in a heavy industry environment, minimum of 2-4 years
• Previous experience in fixed plant equipment maintenance activities

This role is a Permanent position on a dayshift roster, at our Boddington Bauxite Mine reporting to the Supervisor Maintenance.
Please note that accommodation is not provided on site, you will be required to drive in, drive out to site on a daily basis. Employees ideally live within an hour’s drive of Boddington.
As the Maintenance Lead (Fixed Plant), you will be responsible for assisting the Supervisor in leading a fixed plant maintenance crew and ensuring that maintenance activities on the fixed plant are safely executed in line with schedules, plans, and specified standards. Additionally, you may be required to step into the Supervisor role on a temporary basis when needed.

Key deliverables for the role are, but aren’t limited to:

• Allocating labour & equipment to meet daily work schedules
• Supporting recovery plans when schedules shift
• Providing training, guidance & technical support to team members
• Contributing to maintenance planning strategies and improvement
