The Maintenance Lead will oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, carpentry, painting, and other building systems. Duties and Responsibilities The essential job functions include, but are not limited to: • Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the retail store. • Identify and report the need for major repairs. • Ensure all equipment and facilities are kept in clean and operational condition. • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. • Assist with store setup and takedown for special events. • Collaborate with store staff to maintain a safe and pleasant shopping environment. • Perform preventive maintenance tasks for equipment and facilities in accordance with manufacturer's and/or engineering guidelines. • Provide equipment maintenance support and preventive maintenance and on-demand/emergency basis which may include power washing, change filters, painting, ceiling tiles replaced, lightbulb replacement and other similar duties. Incentives/Benefits • Flexible Work Schedules • Exceptional Training • Competitive Pay • 401K With a Competitive Company Match Requirements Qualifications The position requirements include, but are not limited to: • Proven experience in maintenance or a related field. • Ability to handle physical workload and stand for extended periods. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • High level of motivation and proactivity. • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed. • Ability to climb ladders for access to ceilings and signs. • Ability to crawl in access areas and under counters and dispensers. • Ability to assemble and disassemble large and small mechanical, plumbing, and electrical parts, assemblies, and components. • Ability to operate hand and power tools and special equipment to complete work assignments. • Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching. Education and Experience The position requires the following educational experience: • High School Diploma or Equivalent. • At least three years of maintenance experience required.
