Arconic is currently in search of a night shift Maintenance Leader to join our Cranberry Township, PA. location. This position works Monday - Friday 10pm - 6am. Definition: Responsible for ensuring that proper maintenance is performed for the facilities' machinery to run at maximum efficiency and output. This includes the planning and resourcing of preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance and maintenance shutdown overhauls of mechanical, electrical, environmental, chemical systems and PLC controls, through people management and technical ability. Must act independently and work closely with management to achieve the maintenance department goals.
