At PepsiCo, we are looking for a Maintenance Lead who plays a key role in planning and improving technical maintenance, optimising processes and controlling costs. You act as the connecting link between the maintenance department and production, with a strong focus on efficiency, reliability and collaboration. Verantwoordelijkheden Plan and optimise maintenance Build maintenance schedules and ensure timely, correct execution. Optimise maintenance plans to improve efficiency and cost control. Keep technical documentation up to date and ensure thorough preparation. Ensure technical reliability & improvements Analyse breakdowns, define sustainable corrective actions and prevent recurrence. Provide technical support and collaborate with the maintenance team to implement solutions. Act as the maintenance key contact for projects in your assigned area. Collaboration & knowledge sharing Work closely with colleagues from both Maintenance and Production. Share knowledge proactively and ensure clear communication regarding maintenance and improvement actions. Kwalificaties You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in an industrial technical environment. Bachelor degree in Electromechanics or Automation is an asset, but experience outweighs the degree. Strong analytical skills, strong planner, clear communicator. You are responsible, collaborative and proactive. Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus. When applying for a job, use an English CV. Why this role? Onderhoud plannen en optimaliseren · Je maakt onderhoudsplannen en zorgt dat ze correct en tijdig worden uitgevoerd. · Je optimaliseert onderhoudsplannen om efficiëntie en kosten te verbeteren. · Je houdt technische documentatie actueel en zorgt dat alles goed voorbereid is. Technische betrouwbaarheid en verbeteringen · Je onderzoekt storingen, werkt verbeteracties uit en zorgt dat herhaling wordt voorkomen. · Je ondersteunt bij technische vragen en werkt samen met de technische dienst om oplossingen te realiseren. · Je bent een sleutelfiguur voor maintenance tijdens projecten in jouw toegewezen zone. Samenwerking en kennisdeling · Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van de technische dienst en productie. · Je deelt kennis en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie over onderhoud en verbeteringen. Qualifications Wie ben jij? Bachelor diploma Elektromechanica, Automatisering…? Mooi meegenomen, maar jouw ervaring is veel belangrijker. Minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring in een technische industriële omgeving. Sterk in analyseren, plannen en communiceren. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt graag samen.
