Description Personality Profile This position will require someone who values high quality, precision and doing things in a timely manner. Must be able to work independently on many projects at the same time with very little direct oversight. Job Summary Conduct all plant maintenance and repair of facilities, equipment, systems, buildings and grounds operations. Job Responsibilities Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and coach maintenance staff; coordinate their efforts to ensure tasks are completed promptly and safely. Maintenance and Repair: Perform or coordinate the repair of machinery and facilities; respond to emergency calls. Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement maintenance plans; prioritize and assign work orders Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering, stocking, and organization of supplies, tools, and equipment Quality & Safety: Inspect work in progress and upon completion to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards Vendor Management: Coordinate with and oversee external vendors for work that cannot be performed in-house Troubleshooting: Use advanced troubleshooting skills to decrease equipment downtime and resolve issues. Waste Management: Perform the wastewater treatment processes. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Education and Experience Education: High School diploma & Associate degree/Technical or Trade school preferred Technical Skills: knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and other industrial control systems Manufacturing experience preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Tool Knowledge Including but not limited to: Tape Measure, CNC Folder, CNC Router, Forklift, Plasma Arc, Cutting Torch, Overhead Crane, Iron Worker, Saw, Drill Press, Power Shear, Multimeter This is a full-time position with some overtime required as needed to complete critical work (shift hours may vary) Shift Hours 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM M-F. (hours may vary with particular needs) OT required on occasion Physical Demands Lift 50 lbs regularly Stand/walk 8-12 hours/day on a hard surface Work long hours in a warm or cold work environment
