This is a full-time Maintenance Lead role, located on-site in Glasgow. The Maintenance Lead is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance operations and repair tasks at three locations; including equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
The Maintenance Lead will be the primary point of contact for all maintenance-related inquiries, and will be responsible for overseeing our apprentice.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Equipment Maintenance and preventive maintenance skills
• Maintenance & repair and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in leading a maintenance team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Experience in a facilities/property management setting is preferred
• Valid drivers license is essential and the ability to travel between multiple locations within Glasgow City & surrounding areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, electrical and repairs.
• Handle general carpentry work, including minor repairs and installations.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies from the operations team.
• Coordinate with contractors for specialised repairs and services.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for members.
• Conduct prevention maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities.
• Assist with landscaping and grounds maintenance where required.
