Lead the maintenance team to deliver safe, effective, and efficient building services.
Ensure full compliance with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules and statutory requirements.
Undertake both planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring they are completed to the highest standard.
Supervise and coordinate direct and subcontracted labor to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
Maintain and develop systems for optimal plant performance and energy efficiency.
Conduct risk assessments and maintain adherence to Health & Safety legislation and policies.
Provide leadership in managing emergencies and maintenance outside normal operating hours.
