Description
Elite Sports Clubs is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Facilities Technician to join our team and help maintain our facilities at the highest standards. This position supports the onsite building maintenance team under the direction of the maintenance manager. Responsibilities: Lead the daily operation, maintenance, and repairs of our athletic facilities, spanning over 120,000 square feet each. Supervise a team of technicians and collaborate with them to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient operations. Ensure smooth operation of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Respond promptly to any issues or malfunctions within the facilities. Conduct skilled and semi-skilled building maintenance and repair tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years' experience in at least three of the following areas: electrical (including 480 volts, 3 phase), structural (including steel frame construction), HVAC (including building management systems), mechanical (including conveyors), plumbing, or PLC electronic/computer controls. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Ability to work indoors or outdoors, in elevated areas, and in all weather conditions. Proficiency in maintaining and repairing heavy mechanical equipment, with welding skills. Moderate lifting ability and agility to climb ladders and walk for extended periods. Possession of necessary tools to perform required tasks. Computer proficiency for data input and retrieval. Valid, clean driver's license. Benefits: Competitive compensation package.
